    There is only 1 way to send in your completed registration form: -Fill out the form via the family reunion website www.rajw.org
  • What is the cost of the hotel rooms?

  • What is the color scheme for the reunion this year?
    Purple/Silver/White (Requesting that everyone wear any combination of the colors for the banquet)
  • When and where will the 2024 Rubin and Jennie Williams Family Reunion be held?
    The 2024 Rubin and Jennie Williams (RAJW) Family reunion will be in Atlanta, GA. from Friday, August 30th - Monday, September 2nd.
  • What is the cost of the family reunion for children?
    Children ages 6-12 is $40.00, and for children 5 and under the cost is FREE.
  • Are there any deadlines?
    -Yes. The deadline to turn in money is July 31, 2024. However, we really need registration forms turned in immediately. -There is also a deadline for T-shirt sizes to be ordered. That is also July 31, 2024 to give us plenty of time to get the t-shirts made. We we will be enforcing the deadline as we want to make sure we have the T-shirts by the reunion. If you do not order your T-shirt by the deadline, you may not be able to get one, and there will not be any monies given back as they are included in the reunion cost. So it's imperative that you get your t-shirt ordered by the deadline to avoid any issues.
  • What day is the picnic and where will it be?
